Customer Care Info Centre 

We request you to check the measurement Chart before you confirm your Purchase as all our Garments are slightly bigger than what's sold off the counter or on other sites.

So decide what's best for you and go ahead with your order.

Delivery Schedules:

• For Domestic Delivery: Dispatch from our warehouse in 4 working days from date of receipt of order confirmation.
• For International Delivery: Dispatch from our warehouse in 4 working days from date of receipt of order confirmation.

Mode of Delivery:

• For Domestic Delivery: we will use either Blue Dart, Professional Courier, Repute Express.
• For International Delivery: We will use DHL or FEDEX.
• In both the cases the customer will be emailed or sent by sms the Air Way Bill Number (Tracking Number) upon dispatch.

Prices & Taxes: 

• Within India Orders: All rates mentioned are inclusive of Shipping charges & Taxes will be extra.

Additional Info: 

• All Sales are final once we have received your payment and order confirmation.
• No changes in Order will be entertained. However additional Orders are most welcome.

Return Policy:

• If merchandise is wrongly delivered, we undertake to replace it free of cost. However the product has to be returned in un-opened condition.
• No changes in Order will be entertained. However additional Orders are most welcome.
  • The same has to be intimated to us within 2 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
  • The Product must be returned with the tags, polybag and cover in tact.
  • The cost of shipping towards replacement will have to borne by the customer.
• We request our customers to provide us with their full Name, Precise Address, Postal code, and Landmark if any.
  However if a wrong address is provided or customer is un-available at time of delivery which will result in merchandise being returned , then the customer will need to pay for the courier charges once again before the order is re-dispatched.
• Before dispatch of merchandise, In case customer wishes to cancel the order, only courier charges will be refunded.
• In case at time of Delivery Customer does not require the goods, then there will not be any refund.
• At the time of Customs Clearance if at all the Order is held up for payment of Import Duty, the same will have to be borne by the customer.
